Musée de la Pagerie

From Petite Guinée (former name of the Pagerie museum), a 527 hectare estate in the Trois-Îlets, only the ruins of a sugar factory, the cane mill and the outbuildings survived the cyclone of 1766.

A certain Dr. Rose-Rosette opened in the 1940s a small museum exalting the memory of Joséphine de Beauharnais, wife of Napeleon I, born in the domain of La Pagerie
