With a multipurpose harbor and a high concentration of fishermen, Saint-François produces nearly 1500 tons of fish each year.

Every day, at the fish market, fishermen propose fish called parrot, sea bream, mackerel, but also bluefin tuna and vivanneau on small stands.

You can then make them chicken emptied by professional men for a few euros.

They will give you culinary advice for free.
