The visit of Saint Pierre and its ruins is certainly a thing to do during a stay in Martinique. The best is to learn beforehand to better understand the magnitude of this cataclysm that killed nearly 30,000 in a few seconds and scratched the map one of the most beautiful cities in the Caribbean.
